"I've brought my dog Nova here on several different occasions for checkups, etc but twice I've had to bring her here with owner anxieties of sick pup and they have always been soo accommodating and helpful. This last incident was Nova bad stomach issue and constant diarrhea with bloody mucus in it. While waiting Nova had another incident of bad stomachKim put us in the schedule on a full booked day and we were able to be seen within the hour. She also came out side and walked across the parking lot twice (x2 times) to collect sample of Novas diarrhea(1) with syringe and 2nd) with bag!that is above and beyond in my book. Thank you for getting my fur daughter back to herself AND they called next day (Saturday) to check on her progress. Big hugs and thank you from A fur dad!Huge THANK YOU to the nurse with tattoo on her arm and big great smile and Doctor who has seen us on couple different occasions. I'm so sorry that I forgot names but they deserve a big"awesome job"and high five!"
