"One my dogs had been diagnosed with a heart condition a few months ago. Last Friday, he just wasn't himself so I called with the hopes of getting him seen. They didn't make me schedule an apt or wait until later in the day. They had me bring him in right away. The vet tech was awesome and I'm bummed I don't recall her name but to be honest, everyone from the Drs to the front office staff have all been great whenever I've gone in. Dr Troppe was amazing! He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was going on. He even consulted a specialist to ensure he was giving my fur baby the best dosage possible based on his size/weight. The diagnosis wasn't good (congestive heart failure) but I left feeling confident they had done everything they could and that I had been given all possible options."
